Cherry Blossom Blend is a washed-process coffee from Nariño and Quindío, Colombia, with tasting notes of black cherry, cola, and dark chocolate. Roasted by Myriade Roasting Co., it's made from Caturra and Castillo varieties using a Cherry Mosto Co-ferment method — a process that ferments the coffee cherries with their own pulp ("mosto") to intensify fruit-forward sweetness.
